At Focus & Flourish Behavioral Health, I'm committed to providing clear, compassionate care with transparent pricing and no surprises. I accept most major insurance plans and am actively adding more. For those without in-network coverage, I also offer self-pay (cash-pay) options, so you get personalized, high-quality care without the restrictions of insurance-based models. Care is available by telehealth across Arizona and in-person in Tucson, and I'm currently accepting new patients.

Flexible scheduling is available. If you don't see a time that works for you, reach out. There's often more availability than the calendar shows, and we'll find something that fits.

Current Rates

My fees reflect the time, expertise, and support provided at each stage of care, while keeping care accessible to our community. I intentionally keep my rates lower than many specialty practices to reduce barriers to care.

  • Initial Psychiatric Evaluation (60 minutes): $225
    Includes documentation review, rating scales, and school or provider communication as appropriate

  • Follow-Up Appointments (30 minutes): $100

Payment & Cancellation Policy

  • Payments are processed securely through Headway or Square, payable before your visit.

  • I accept most major credit and debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards with a Visa or Mastercard logo.

  • A valid card must be on file with Headway to confirm your appointment.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $150 cancellation fee.

  • Late cancellations and missed appointments will be charged to the card on file.

What About Insurance?

I now accept several major insurance plans in Arizona through a partnership with Headway, a platform that manages scheduling, billing, and claims for mental health providers. This allows patients to verify coverage, use their in-network benefits, and handle payments through Headway’s secure system.
